Shipping destinations and rates

Roost currently focuses on orders shipping to the United States. Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Availability and rates can vary by product, fulfillment location and destination.

For eligible U.S. standard shipments covered by our general shipping profile, standard shipping is $8 on orders below $25 and free on orders of $25 or more. This offer does not apply to every product or shipping profile; other products and mixed orders may have different rates. Please review the total shown at checkout before placing your order.

Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by product and fulfillment partner. Refer to the product page and checkout for estimates where available. If no estimate is shown, email stacy1008martin@gmail.com before ordering for help. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates, and carrier or fulfillment delays may occur. Selecting a faster shipping option does not guarantee a particular arrival date.

Tracking and split shipments

When tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping notification. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. Check your confirmation and shipping notifications for updates.

Address and delivery problems

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact stacy1008martin@gmail.com promptly if you need help with an address correction, a delayed or missing shipment, or an item that arrives damaged or incorrect. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. For damaged or incorrect items, please also see our return and refund policy.
